How’s your week been so far?
My week has been pretty hectic and restless. I felt like I was back in college when i pulled an all-nighter a couple days ago. Bad Idea! It took me loads of latte and a good night sleep last night to return half the energy i lost. whewww! Never again! Ok, so moving on.. lets talk about the benefits of having an exercise ball and resistance band at home. First of all, you’ll have no excuse even if you can’t make it to the gym. I mean you can stay home or even go outside in your backyard to receive the same exact workout you would in the gym. This exercise ball also comes in gray, black and pink; is great for core strength, balance, flexibility and improves muscle tone. I love to incorporate it in my yoga routine as well.
Resistance bands are great for improving flexibility and are so easy to travel with. I always leave at least one in the trunk of my car so I can access it wherever I go. I love being a mommy and bringing my little angels with me when I do my workouts. Baby Isabella was so much fun and such an amazing workout partner. I personally enjoy working-out outdoors. Nothing like morning fresh air, tranquil summer breeze and great workout music.
Exercise TIP: A 20-minute morning workout not only boosts metabolism, but also gives you a feel-good mood boost that can last up to 12 hrs.
